Elections in U.S., some thoughts

There is something wrong with Democrats and the current candidate leading the polls who has also won most of the primary states (as I write). They (and she) miss the point - they want to win a battle, i.e., the one against (Bernie) Sanders, and loose a war.
The point is: the Democrats need a candidate who can beat the Republican candidate (Trump).
Sanders has better (and more) chances at overcoming Trump; he is, like Trump, a mobilizer, a game changer and a figure many identify with.

Republicans, on the other side, do not realize that Trump speaks differently and everyone, or more correctly - a lot - understands him when he speaks. To put it differently, he speaks the business language, i.e., everyday language of selling and buying, of negotiating (as we do when we talk to friends, to a shopkeeper etc.). The Republicans are in a state of chaos - they do not realize yet what has hit them. This is what the Democrats need to realize too (and they haven't and they won't); when this chance will be lost, the Republicans will rally behind the Trump team (and it will be over).
